Bob Green, instructor at Mercyhurst Culinary and Wine Institute will facilitate the first session in our 2016 wine tasting series. Session one will be an introduction to sensory evaluation of wine. We will learn how our senses give us information about wine, how we can interpret our perceptions, and how this relates to wine quality.
